Using a Palfinger Truck Mounted Forklift, the scaffolding can be unloaded without the need for the driver to climb onto the truck. This removes the danger and site issues of working at height.

One side unloading

Options allow the TMF to reach to the far side of the truck from the near side. This reduces the amount of space required to unload, allowing faster unloading and less site conjestion

The Palfinger has options for 4 way steering, this allows the truck mounted forklift to quickly change into a sideloader.  Being able to drive sideways allows long loads to be transported quickly along roads, through narrow gaps and into entrances.

Tower Cranes Sites

When working with a tower crane the TMF removes the need for a person to climb onto the truck to sling the load.  Scaffolding can be unloaded, placed exactly where required for the crane and slinging can be done while at ground level – no working at height.

Faster Unloading

The complete load can be unloaded in a short time, avoiding site congestion and allowing your truck / driver to get to the next job = more deliveries per day.

With a Palfinger TMF, there is no need to get the truck exactly where the delivery is required.  If the site is conjested, muddy or has restricted access, it’s no problem.  Park the truck in a convenient and safe place and use the TMF to transport the scaffolding to exactly where required.
