This system works in applications where long reach is required but it’s not possible or desirable to use long forks.

Combining a scissor and hydraualic reach fork systems allows the tips of the forks to be completely extended to the far side of the truck / trailer in oneside unloading situations.  This can be important if handling fragile goods / pallets where the forks need to fully support the product before lifting.

When the scissor and reachforks are fully retracted then the system is very compact.  This is important in 4-way applications, for example, where the forklifts width for sideways driving is important for operating along narrow roads or driving through gates or doors
