Attachments for Truck Mounted Forklifts
A variety of attachments can be used with a Palfinger truck mounted forklift to assist handling of a variety of products. Here are a few examples;
Reachforks – Hydraulically extending reachforks can be fitted as a primary or secondary reach system.
Carpet Pole – Can be used for handling rolled materials, such as carpet or artificial sports surfaces. A special mounting can be used so the pole can be stowed under the truck / trailer. It’s also to make the pole quick release and to combine with folding forks to enable the handling of both rolled and pallatised goods
Fork Clamps – These can be used for handling products such as baled cardboard without the need for a pallet. The attachment has heavy duty forks that are opened and closed hydraulically. The side of the fork is used to squeeze the side of the bale and then lifted.
